    My advice: don't book with them if you're not %100 sure you'll go no matter what happens.

    This company has a nice website and nice customer service agents. I can't speak too much about their actual service as I ended up cancelling 10 days before my departure with a motorhome for which I was charged a hefty cancellation fee: $750!
